Rules/Instructions
EACH RIDER SHOULD HAVE A WRISTBAND NUMBER
IMPORTANT: All riders requesting housing must provide a wristband number as proof of their official RAGBRAI registration. Any unregistered riders looking for housing should be denied housing. If hosts agree to accept a rider who has not registered and therefore not signed a waiver of liability, hosts could in some cases be personally accepting all the risk of having riders stay in their home. RAGBRAI accepts these risks for all officially registered riders.
HOW TO POST YOUR REQUEST OR AVAILABILITY TO HOST
We have made a list below with the most common things a rider/host need to discuss to make a match. It may be helpful to copy the one that applies to you and then paste it into a new post in the group with your answers. Hopefully someone will write back to you and you can find a match! Once you find a match, please privately exchange names/wrist band numbers, contact info, and the home address.
